Rye 4x State Champion

Las Vegas will welcome Incline Highlander Kate Rye next season. The NIAA state swim meet at Jim Reitz pool hosted a state first in the girls 50 free. Rye had been tied with four other girls until today where she became the first female student athlete to win the 50free in 4 consecutive state meets.

State Track Day 1

The NIAA State Track meet hosted by Carson High. Senior Noah Cleary saved his best for last. In the moment and reaching higher Cleary cleared 10’6″ for fourth place. Regional Track Recap

Day 1 Highlanders step up at Northern Regional 2A meet in Yerington, Nevada. Gusting winds and cooler temperatures could not cool down the team. Kay Ostrom Invite Track & Field Results

Final invitational before regionals took place at Nevada Union high in Grass Valley, California. Highlanders traveled with 12 athletes nestled in the foothills of the Sierra’s. Incline’s freshman Millie Jenkins took 1st in the last contested event of the day in high jump. She passed teammate Samantha Ginagreco’s school record to set a new height
