Rye 4x State Champion

Las Vegas will welcome Incline Highlander Kate Rye next season. The NIAA state swim meet at Jim Reitz pool hosted a state first in the girls 50 free. Rye had been tied with four other girls until today where she became the first female student athlete to win the 50free in 4 consecutive state meets.

State Track Day 1

The NIAA State Track meet hosted by Carson High. Senior Noah Cleary saved his best for last. In the moment and reaching higher Cleary cleared 10’6″ for fourth place. Day 1 Highlanders step up at Northern Regional 2A meet in Yerington, Nevada. Gusting winds and cooler temperatures could not cool down the team. Kay Ostrom Invite Track & Field Results

Final invitational before regionals took place at Nevada Union high in Grass Valley, California. Highlanders traveled with 12 athletes nestled in the foothills of the Sierra’s. Boys golf traveled to Washoe County Golf Course where host Sage Ridge took advantage of home field. Incline was left without there top scorer for the day and finished 3rd. Swim team makes slip stream Senior Rachel Meyer sets personal best time in the 100 free and 200 idividual medley taking 2nd and 1st respectively in her events.
